DJ/MC SERVICE
All Brazilian Room Packages include a premium DJ who will act as audio technician during your ceremony, program and play your ceremony, cocktails, and dinner music, and treat you to a club-level dance party.
As MC your DJ will invite guests to the ballroom after cocktails, welcome guests on your behalf, introduce your bridal party for the Grand Entrance, introduce toasters, invite you and your parents to the dance floor for any special dances you are doing, announce events like your cake cutting and bouquet toss, and thank guests for coming at the end of the evening.
LIGHTING
Uplighting
Brazilian Room Packages # 2, #3, and #4 include complete uplighting for the dining room and patio. Our dining room uplights illuminate the fireplace and walls. Our patio uplights illuminate the stone dividers and trees.
Bistro Lighting
Package #3 includes bistro lighting for your choice of the patio or ballroom. Package #4 includes bistro lighting for the patio and ballroom. Both packages include walkway bistro lighting on shepherds hooks.
Station Lighting
Station lighting draws the eye to a station, helps guests read labels and signage, and works with uplighting and bistro lighting for a complete lighting design.
ENHANCEMENTS
Live Guitar
1 hour of ceremony or cocktails guitar. Or 2 hours of ceremony and cocktails guitar.
Bistro Lighting
For extra charm indoors and outdoors, you can’t go wrong with bistro lighting.
Station Lighting
For complete coverage, we light the dessert, bar, buffet, and coffee stations.
