Matthew Fish is an award winning classical guitarist who has been a featured artist for the Walnut Creek Guitar Series, Sierra Nevada Guitar Festival, South Bay Guitar Society, Classical Guitar Project, Hot Air Music Festival, and the Guitar Foundation of America Regional Symposium in San Francisco. 

Matthew is a member of the critically acclaimed San Francisco Guitar Quartet. The SFGQ has performed Carnegie Hall, toured with cello virtuoso Yo-Yo Ma, and won first prize in the Sierra Nevada International Guitar Competition and the San Francisco Conservatory of Music Guitar Concerto Competition.

Matthew studied with Grammy winning guitarist Sérgio Assad. His teaching positions include the Silicon Valley Classical Guitar School. Matthew regularly performs private events in the Bay Area.
